October News from The Witch’s Therapist
Happy New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra from me, Santyna, and The Witch’s Therapist! As this is the last eclipse taking place in the sign Libra until 2033, I encourage you to consider how you can make use of this unique energy.
New moons are typically great for setting intentions and manifesting your desires. However, this particular new moon coincides with a solar eclipse, bringing chaotic energy that invites us to focus on our relationships and assess what’s working—and what’s not—in our lives. It’s an ideal moment for reflection (instead of manifestation).
This new moon solar eclipse offers a powerful opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, release old story lines, and engage in your relationships with clear yet empathetic boundaries. If your boundaries aren’t being respected, or if certain habits are holding you back, now is the perfect time to be honest and transparent —not just with others, but most importantly, yourself!
Cord Cutting Ritual
If the new moon solar eclipse energy calls you to let go of a person or habit that is no longer serving you, a cord cutting ritual may be just the thing you are looking for; but make sure you are emotionally, physically, and spiritually ready to let this person or habit go before giving it a try.
What Inspired me This Month
This month, I had the honour of attending the Toronto Pagan Pride Harvest Fest, where I connected with amazing individuals and was able to engage with a welcoming community of like-minded spiritual seekers (you can check out some photos of our booth setup in this newsletter)! It was also an incredible opportunity to discuss the decolonization of spirituality and therapy - a topic I am extremely passionate about!
Especially after a period of deep reflection prompted by the lunar eclipse and full harvest moon on September 17th, in which I found myself re-evaluating my self-care practices and reflecting on how best to embrace my body’s healing processes, prioritize rest, and courageously honour my own needs… this event was a MUCH NEEDED experience of community and renewal!
I feel so blessed to have been there and I’m excited to engage in more events in the future!
Work Updates

Maggie returned this week from co-facilitated a Ketamine Healing Retreat that she reports "was incredibly healing". She will be planning another for Ketamine Healing Retreat for 2025.
Santyna is working on her course, The Magician's Path, all about creating supportive spiritual rituals and it will be running in early 2025. We're currently creating a waiting list for anyone interested, so please reply to this email if you'd like to be added to it.
Lastly, Maggie is supporting a Legacy Burden retreat with Kay Gardner happening north of Toronto on Feb. 15-19, 2025. You can find some of the details here but more will be released in next month's newsletter.

An online immersive in the Reclaiming Witchcraft tradition. Three days of rituals, workshops, affinity groups & optional offerings, all online.
